"Wonderful service from this company, from sale to installation, I had the deteriorating siding on my townhouse replaced with CertainTeed vinyl. shaker siding. Work completed as contracted by the courteous, knowledgeable installers. Project manager, Alex Calderon, kept me abreast of work progress and followed up at the end to review the installation with him. If you have exterior work planned, consider Home Genius Exteriors. Wonderful experience, satisfying work at a reasonable price."

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"Better than I could ever have imagined. If I could have given them A+ in all of the categories I could have. They replaced my roof 2 years ago and I had the same great experience with them. They were very helpful in guiding me on navigating me through the insurance process. If you need roof or siding work done, look no further than S&K. You will be happy that you did."

"EXCELLENT COMPANY! We had been planning to replace our sidings for over 10 years and we received several estimates for the specific work we wanted to have done. In May 2024, we contacted “AMERICAN HOME CONTRACTORS” (John) their project coordinator came out and assessed our home and we explained to him everything we would like to get done and to address our concerns. He made great suggestions on how to complete the job to our satisfaction; we accepted the offer. John returned to our home as we had questions about ensuring we were satisfied with our style and color(s). He stayed in touch with us throughout the project, ensuring we were satisfied and the project was going as planned. The Team was EXCELLENT! They were very professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, prompt, and friendly and displayed great customer service, ensuring we were pleased with the project's progress. The job was completed successfully on time and all problems were resolved as agreed! WE ARE SO VERY PLEASED!"

"Arrived as scheduled and completed the repair within about an hour. Assessed overall condition of (19-yr-old) roof--i.e., should be replaced, probably before winter.

"William MacKay Roofing is a family business.  I purchased a package from this company to have my roof inspected since more than 20 years have passed since it had been replaced.  The MacKays arrived promptly as stated when we made the appointment. The employees were very professional, my roof was inspected, and I was shown pictures of my roof with an explanation of the its condition.  Since my roof did not need to be replaced, I advised Mr. MacKay that I would call him to replace my roof when that time came.  I was very satisfied with the services provided by this company and would definitely use them again because of the excellent services that I received with this inspection.

"Technician was very experienced and quickly located the problem; follow-up repair went smoothly. The $400 minimum price seemed a bit high for the amount of labor required, but the salesman did subtract the Angie's List deal fee from the total.

"A+ for ethics and professionalism. The repair on our old and non-standard roof was tricky and ultimately didn't last (roof leaked within 14 months). However, when the owner was contacted (he's busy so it took a while) he came out personally and arranged for an alternative fix to the roof. The owner, Dave Garner, did this at no charge, without being asked. We still don't know if we have a permanent solution but we're really impressed with Dave and the company's business practices. We would be pleased to use them for any future roofing repairs (although we hope we don't have any!)."

"When Anthony showed up for the estimate I felt he provided so much detail to the work that I felt comfortable that George's Painting was the company to do the job.  The crew headed by Orlando showed up the first morning so early they had to wait in their truck for the sun to come up, they said they would rather be early then late.  They started promptly, making sure that where they were working was covered so no paint or debris would get all over.  Jorge the partner came the first day and he too gave me the knowledge that I had chosen the right company, no detail was too big or small.  He assured me that the crew would be using the best paint for my house. The crew was experienced and was not bothered by any of my questions concerning the work, they answered with politeness and detail.  Orlando and his crew were awesome.  In the end they made sure all trash was picked up and that we were satisfied with the job, returning all screens back in position.  It was such a pleasure dealing with a honest company that stands behind their work with a warranty and such hard workers.
