"Needed to repair or replace my tankless electric water heater. Many other companies refused to even take a look. Worked with Andy, had to get mine replaced but did it quick and very professional."

"Mr. Michael Brown, proprietor and plumbing expert, replaced two toilets, fixed a third (water supply valve and tank innards) AND installed a new water pump within our crawl space in less than an afternoon and within his time and cost estimate. Work was clean and performed efficiently and conscientiously. I would recommend Mr. Brown without hesitation and have additional projects lined up for him."

"This is the 2nd or 3rd time that we used Jimmy and couldn't have been more pleased. My house felt like a sauna and we were desperate for Jimmy to come over. He was extremely busy however he found time to stop by. We were told that we needed a new unit and by 3:30 the following day, we had a new unit installed. Can't get better service than that!!!"

"Excellent - very high quality and personable service."

"Services were prompt, clean and efficient. Tech was knowledgeable and personable. Water heater was affordable. Estimate (free) was done on site - not guessing over the phone."

"Yes, I called on a Friday afternoon and they were here and did an immediate repair, great service."

"Took two tries, didn’t charge for follow up. Good customer service."

"Gabriel was extremely honest and professional. He did not try to upsell me on anything and took the time to explain my options. Since my home is relatively new, he suggested that the water heater or pressure reducing valve (PRV) might still be under warranty and recommended that I check with the builder's contractor before spending money on repairs. He adjusted the water pressure at the PRV, provided a quote for a replacement PRV if needed, and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. I would definitely call Campbell for future plumbing projects and would strongly recommend Gabriel and the company to anyone looking for trustworthy service."

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"Repairs done in timely manner. Frank explained whatâ s wrong and expectations on how long can the water heater last before possibly replacing it"
