My name is Gary Tallman, and I am a semi-retired General Construction Remodeling Contractor of 35 years to Eastern Iowa. We are the home of the perfect install. A few years ago I decided to slow down a little and to simplify things a bit. We did this by narrowing our business advertising focus to primarily market for the repair and replacement of residential and commercial doors, windows, and skylights. We are a business that sub-contracts as well as our own private work. We have been in business for 21 years. We are a small family owned business and take pride in our work. I started building houses in 2012 by starting with my own house first. We don't like to push people into things they don't need and we don't sell just one kind of product. If you have something in mind from a certain place that you want, we will work with you on that. We only take cash or check. Since we are such a small business we are not set up with financing or credit cards. Sorry for the inconvenience.
