"Called Dash (Airconex Heating & Cooling) to inquire about coming out to look at a loud humming coming from AC unit. He came out later that same day to inspect, most other places couldn't make it for 2-3 days. Upon inspecting the unit, we talked through together that the 20 year old AC unit should be replaced. I dealt with many salesmen in my time trying to upsell, Dash definitely gave me his honest opinion and was more than willing to only do the repair needed to keep the AC unit running. It was my personal preference to go ahead and get furnace done as well as it was just as old. The quote he gave me came in much lower than the others I received. Due to a cancellation, I was able to get in next day. Dash and his son showed up on time and installed both AC and furnace in under 6 hours. I am VERY please with the quality of work done for the installations. I would 100% recommend these guys! Honest opinion, honest advice and all around good respectful guys. Took care of surrounding areas of house inside and outside, great cleanup and removal of units too. DO NOT hesitate to call these guys for an inspection and or an estimate!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"My spouse left the cover on the AC and the central AC unit was humming. The unit is old and we expected to have a replacement. Joe, the owner, came out on 5-27-2020 and told us what a fine old simple unit it was ( without electronic control boards to burn out) and that he thought he could fix the problem. That is what he did for a few hundred dollars. He was honest, personable and took pride in the fact that he did his best to serve the customer even though he could do better financially if he chose to do so. One other thing he mentioned is that he tries to stock the most popular parts so that he did not have to return later that day or another day to complete the job. It took him 2 minutes to get our part from his truck. We are very fortunate to have found him on Home Adviser."

"I discovered mold in the lower level of my house. Ron and Dan came out and surveyed the damaged areas. They recommend I get an air quality test, by a third party which I did. Once I got the results of the test, they gave me a detailed and thorough quote on remediation, of the mold and then reconstruction of the affected areas. The work was done by the owners Ron and Dan, and Ron's son Anthony. They were extremely thorough and detailed, took great care during the mold cleanup not to affect other areas of the house. They explained what was being done at each stage of the work and took great pride to make sure the work was being expertly done. After the remediation was completed we got together to discuss the rebuild phase, and took as much care with that as they did the remediation phase. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to have this type of work done, or even just a remodel of your house, I knew I was in good hands with Ron and Dan, and the results proved it."
