Micky and his team are simply superb — every team he brought in did top notch work, including tiles, flooring, plumbing, electrical, countertop, cabinets, glass, stucco, windows, drywall, and more. Micky coordinated everything to perfection, ensuring the project was progressing day to day, sometimes hour by hour. The only “negative” was that we had to work hard to keep up with their impressive pace (in terms of making decisions and ordering needed supplies) and it was well worth it! We couldn?t have been more wrong. The initial sales representative (Peter) was friendly and communicated great. However, when we met with the designer (Julian) his overall demeanor was suitable but not outstanding, considering the amount of money and time our family was about to embark on with this type of project. In addition, Julian was not very responsive and did not make himself very available. Despite our reservations, we continued to push through the next phases of the project which included a deposit, design, engineering, and permit fees. However, once the project was slated to begin, Julian and the site manager came to our home and began advising of several unexpected and unknown additional cost. Cont."

"Eran and his team were great. I had agreed to remodel my bathroom before moving in to my new house. It turned into quite an adventure once structural problems were identified during demo. Eran worked with me on trying to keep the bathroom timeline on track as I worked to get other contractors in to fix the other problems.  And they worked above and beyond in motivating me when the other contractors were late. We did run in to a slowdown at the end of the project and better communication would have been recognized - the problem was with a supplier outside of Eranâ s control. The end result was a slip at the end date for the project. Once everything worked out, I was very happy with the end result."
