"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Excellent service!! Great value!! Job done professionally. Highly recommend this company for appliance repair and installation."

"It went well.  Creig came by, surveyed the house, the attic space, and availability of electrical circuits and provided a reasonable quote for the work.  About a week and a half later, when I had the fans on hand, I called him up, and he was available for the following Saturday.  It turned out a long day for him, but he did his work well.  He was pleasant and professional.  I'm satisfied with the completed work.  I feel I got good value for my money, and would definitely hire him again."

"Although my refrigerator water disperser is fixed the face plate for the water dispenser was broken during the repair and now leans away from the refrigerator door. I didn't notice it until after he left and found that he had attempted to seal it back together but it wasn't working. That means he knew he broke the clips and tried to cover it up (or best case scenario thought the adhesive would be a good enough fix). In the end I paid to fix one problem and now have another."

"The Harrison brothers are great. First they installed the venting in the attic and then once the new kitchen cabinets were in place, they installed the new over stove fan. The only reason I gave a "B" on responsiveness is that there was one time when I had to call twice before getting a call back. The "B" on quality is because the taping where the pipe meets the cabinet could have been neater, but in reality it's in an upper cabinet so you don't even see it. The communication, scheduling and work went smoothly and we are satisfied.

"Repair was done quickly and well."

"Services were provided in professional manner. Christopher was very polite and sounded knowledgeable. He was honest and worked at a good pace."

"the job ran over by 1 week, likely due to additional plumbing work required.
Bathroom turned out good, all the items were installed very well with no issue, flooring looks very good.
Kitchen did not turn out so well, the floors were uneven and there were gaps between baseboard and the tile.  Dishwasher was not installed property the first time so it leaked.
Overall, it was a mixed bag.  Bathroom is still very good 6 months after the job, the tile in the kitchen is uneven but it could be due to the leveling from the old house, but I wish he could have told me before he layed it."

"Provider cancelled appointment less than 24hrs before scheduled date. Provider stated that he had to cancel because of exhaustion and would need to take some days off of work. I offered my condolences and that I hoped he felt better. I asked if he could reschedule for later in the week. He replied that I should find another handyman to look at the job. It was at this point I got the feeling that he was not interested in the job because it was too small... I was disappointed, I had spoken to him on the phone several times and thought he seemed capable and professional.

"Provided me with a 2 hour window and they arrived on the early side of the appointment window. He also called to advise me when he was on his way. They diagnosed and advised me what the problem was and provided me with the cost prior to starting the work. The service provider was very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to explain exactly what was wrong. It was nice because they had the part on hand and were able to fix it the same day.  If I need them in the future they also offered 10% off for repeat service."
