"Although my refrigerator water disperser is fixed the face plate for the water dispenser was broken during the repair and now leans away from the refrigerator door. I didn't notice it until after he left and found that he had attempted to seal it back together but it wasn't working. That means he knew he broke the clips and tried to cover it up (or best case scenario thought the adhesive would be a good enough fix). In the end I paid to fix one problem and now have another."

"The Harrison brothers are great. First they installed the venting in the attic and then once the new kitchen cabinets were in place, they installed the new over stove fan. The only reason I gave a "B" on responsiveness is that there was one time when I had to call twice before getting a call back. The "B" on quality is because the taping where the pipe meets the cabinet could have been neater, but in reality it's in an upper cabinet so you don't even see it. The communication, scheduling and work went smoothly and we are satisfied.

Bathroom turned out good, all the items were installed very well with no issue, flooring looks very good.
Kitchen did not turn out so well, the floors were uneven and there were gaps between baseboard and the tile.  Dishwasher was not installed property the first time so it leaked.
Overall, it was a mixed bag.  Bathroom is still very good 6 months after the job, the tile in the kitchen is uneven but it could be due to the leveling from the old house, but I wish he could have told me before he layed it."

"Went great. The repair person showed up exactly on time, quickly pulled out the receptacle and got what was remaining of the bulb out. It took all of 5 minutes and then he cleaned out the lint out of the refrigerator. And, to boot he looked at a little problem I'm having with my stove too range and he said he would check the price of the part needed and get back tome next week. He was incredibly helpful and very  pleasant.
