"I got bids from a *large* number of installers and Red Mountain gave me the best equipment for the price and did a nice job of it despite a few early teething problems that were resolved quickly and competently. But note that the going price in this area for heat pumps is significantly higher than in other areas of the country - regardless of which installer I let bid on my home. In my opinion, given energy price trends, the environmental impact of heating with gas, and having existing solar power on my home, the benefits of a heat pump outweighs the high price in this area, but YMMV. Think thru your position re: BayREN rebates and the recent federal Inflation Reduction Act rebates carefully to make sure you qualify."

"The first person came to do this job but left many pieces out of the installation. He did such a poor job of mounting the 55" TV that it began leaning lopsided! Gilbert came to undo all the first person messed up. Gilbert assembled and mounted my 55 inch TV on a large stand that he had to put together again correctly after taking down the awful job done by Diego. Gilbert had no problem with the complex instructions and did a fine job even going out to get screws that had been inserted incorrectly. Gilbert was professional and worked quickly. I would use him again without hesitation."

"My AC stopped working last November, and since then i had 4 contractors i called to fix it, i was turned down by everyone. i called Tyndall and peter came out and talked about it with me, actually troubleshot it, and 2 days later had parts and fixed it. i would give them 6 stars if i could. im so glad to have my ac running again. my recommendation, if you want something done, call Tyndall, because the rest of the contractors seem to just say its not fixable and leave without even looking at it. these guys were the first people that listened, then looked at the unit before declining service, and then actually fixed it. 10/10 great job and thank you."

Had at least 5 local HVAC Contractors come out to give estimates and Comfort Factor Mechanical estimate was much lower than the "local" companies. Work was completed in 1-1/2 days (two men) which included demo of the old and replacement with new. System works great and would definitely recommend Comfort Factor Mechanical for any HVAC work, repair, or replacement. Eric and Arik are both very knowledgeable about any type of equipment and fully understand a well designed and installed system."
