"Our water heater stopped working. I called Rescue Rooter to take a look. The guy was there for 30 seconds and said it was dead. He said he turned off the water to the heater. But he actually turned off the water to the house. I call RR back. Another guy came out and got te water back on. But the next day it would not work again. No water. I called RR for a 3rd time....and they refused to come turn on the water...unless I paid another $250! What a bunch of ripoffs and criminals! THATS ILLEGAL FOLKS! These crooks have a 30 day guarantee to get the work done. They took one day to screw up our lives and charged me $99....and wouldn't fix their own mistake.
