However, the main office seemed to disregard what I had described to them over the phone and the photos I sent -- the plumber was expecting a leaking sink, when the issue was a leaking toilet valve and a sink missing a tail piece. The main office does get bonus points for contacting my management company (condo!) to coordinate a shutdown of water to my apartment line to facilitate the repairs, even though this proved unnecessary. Overall would recommend and would use again without hesitation."
