The Design Consultant provided good information on particular laminates, which helped me decide on the best look for my home. Also, at the last moment I wanted to change my previous crown molding choice, the Installation Manager, with No hesitation, No hassle, No redirecting me to someone else, took care of it, ‘talk about great Customer Service’…Loved it!! Also Express Flooring moved/replace all furniture once the floors were in place….WooHoo!!! Lastly, Louise - the Installer, did outstanding job, his work is flawless!! I am so happy with my floors. "I was happy with the work First Class Coatings recently did in installing the epoxy finish to our garage floor. However, when the owner came by to inspect the job, he pointed out a very slight color/shade difference from one side of the garage to the other. I could barely see the difference even with him pointing it out to me. Nevertheless, owner Eric Marks insisted on sending his crew back the next morning to redo the entire job. It came out perfect. Eric did not charge us a penny for that do over. My wife and I are impressed with our new floor, and especially the business ethics of Eric Marks."

Arrived on schedule for quote and for service. After making sure the employees and I were on the same page for work to be performed, which we were, I left the house for a period of time to stay out of their way. When I returned they were nearly done and answered any questions I had, along with an invited walk through to see that everything had been completed. I was delighted with all phases of their work and they turned our old crusty looking tile and grout into what appears to be a new installation. I would and have already recommended their services to anyone who is in need of complete tile and grout cleaning and expects to get what they pay for. Brian and his crew are professionals in their field and obviously do not need to be micromanaged.
