"Beyond HAPPY! Our home in Gilbert AZ was leaking after a few big rain storms. I was driving through our neighborhood and noticed True Built was replacing our neighbors roof so I reached out to the company. Why I Hired True Built? LICENSED, BONDED, INSURED : They are licensed, bonded, and insured. The first thing I do before hiring any contractor is verify the contractor is licensed and insured through the AZ ROC. PRICE: I had 4 different roofing contractors come out to our home to inspect and give us quotes. They were all scattered, didn't want to give quotes for 3 days, quotes were super high, and poor presentation. When I called Weston at True Built, he moved his schedule around to come out, inspect, and give me a quote. He gave me a quote within an hour or less. "Service schedule was about one week from when I called ALD. The office followed up yesterday with a phone call to confirm service would arrive between 8-9AM. Service arrived at 8AM.
Serviceman surveyed the pool and equipment area with me while asking questions about how much water was leaking, when it leaked, any signs of leakage etc. Explained what the process would be to find a leak if it was below ground. He asked about the backwash pipe and when we turned the pump on and checked the pipe he discovered that water was bypassing the valve when it was in the closed position, and that was the source of the leak. He attempted to get the valve to seal but was unable to fix it.
I was only billed for a service call for $ 140.00 and will schedule with the pool repair company to replace the valve.
Serviceman was very polite, knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything he was doing.
Would recommend ALD for water leak detection. Only issue was I cannot find anything that confirms ALD is a Licensed Contractor in Arizona. This would be a problem for me if they were to actually perform repairs.

"Initially, I called Todd to replace our reverse osmosis drinking water system. He gave us a range of choices and prices. We chose a Alkalizer system custom manufactured in Tempe. He installed it quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with this system thus far. He also replaced ten shut-off sink/toilet valves that were inoperable due to hard water deposits. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and found that it was the disposal. He replaced that which fixed the leak. In addition, we had water damage from a previous leak by our refrigerator. He opened the nearby damaged cabinet and adjacent wall to find water and mold inside. Todd handles water damage, mold removal and restoration. We had him remove the damaged wallboard and cabinet and treat the mold. It is an involved process which took about one week. The area was repaired to look as it had prior to the damage. He matched the texture on the wall, the paint color, grout and veneer/wood on the cabinet."
