"Del of Design Xpressions impressed me with his response time, sticking to the agreed schedule, and making a great repair on a full view storm door others had said needed to be replaced. He saved us hundreds of dollars and did an extremely professional repair (air pump, door handle, and locking mechanism). Great job done!"

"

They were excellent. They were good. It was a tough problem to track down and they found it.

"Had a leaky pipe in the kitchen sink, as well as a couple of other potential issues. Got three estimates, and Super Rooter was in line with the others. But I chose them because the owner's son, Frank (I believe that's his name . . . they were here in July, so obviously this is a delayed review), was patient in answering all of my myriad questions and I appreciated that. He came back to do the job at the kitchen sink, and he did it well. Ultimately, I didn't need to address either of the other two things I had initially got estimates for (though I might have to with one of them . . . my fingers are crossed). I give them a "B" on price because I can't accurately gauge the market price for the service that was rendered, but since Super Rooter was in line with the others I'll give them a positive grade. And I give them a "B" on responsiveness because after Frank went back to the office with marching orders to have them follow up to set up a service call, I never heard from them. And so, several days later, I was surprised when Frank rang my doorbell with tools in hand. This is a family-run business, and evidently the mother and/or sister responsible for making appointments fumbled the assignment because they never called me. It’s a good thing I work from home and was around. I probably should give them a “C” for that, but Frank helped them gain the “B” when he called to say he’d be late before arriving to give the initial estimate. Regardless, I won’t hesitate to call Super Rooter if and when the next plumbing issue arises."

"They did a great job. Arrived on Time, smooth installation, and cleaned up . Would recomend."

"I was extremely pleased for the services performed. From the office arranging the service call (next day) to the service technicians (on time), they were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. As with all service calls to a house, it helped that I gave the office detailed information about the trouble and the type of unit (serial numbers, etc.) to be repaired, so the technicians knew right away about the diagnosis and solution. The price was reasonable, considering a service call + parts. These guys are now my go to plumber. It is a small company that delivers professional, personal service, at a reasonable price."

"They had very good availability. They came and did everything as fast as they could. It was very convenient that way. The bad would be that they painted the window seal white. It had previously been a dark color, and I am not sure if they primed it good enough. You can still see the dark color through it. If we used them again we would go over our specifications a little more carefully before hand."

"Excellent. This is our second time using Handyman at Your Command. We are very happy with their work and will schedule again for drywall, carpentry, light fixture replacement and other work. Tracy was excellent in scheduling the work to meet our needs. She is very quick to return calls and messages. Noel (the handyman assigned to us) did a great job. He is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and very pleasant to deal with. He advised us on the best and least costly way to conduct our repairs and them proceeded to complete the work without fuss. Pricing is fair and work quality is excellent. We highly recommend this company."

"Very well. Mr. Frusco did a wonderful job replacing my street pipes, which are my lateral, curb trap and vent. He was very attentive and easily accessible if I had any questions or concerns. I now have no leaks in my basement! I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs major plumbing work in their home!!!"

"A young man by the name of Colton Moyer helped me fix a leak in my pipe by replacing a wax ring on my toilet. I was very pleased with the service he provided. He got back to me in a timely matter and gave me a fair price. I will definitely recommend him to a friend! Bonus: He likes dogs!"

"I am 100% satisfied. Lewis responded quickly to my request for a flooring installer. He made his work proposal very clear. He offered a good price which he did not change at the end of the job. Lewis worked in a precise manner and completed the work within the proposed timeframe. He kept me informed during each phase of the project. He respected timing and always gave me a heads-up as to his arrival, lunch break or leaving for the day. Lastly, Lewis exhibited a level of integrity and honesty that allowed me to feel comfortable while he was in my home. I would recommend Sissi Construction; a true representative of standard and quality."
