"The inspection went very, very well. Bob, an experienced, professional contractor, did the inspection and serviced the pump. He was very thorough. He cleaned the crock, tightened valves, pumped out old water, ran a couple pails of water into the pit to conduct a pump test. Bob filled the pit with water to check how well it was draining and determined that the pump operated smoothly the way it is suppose to. I am relieved and glad that Paradigm offered this $49 deal."

"I called several places including those promising 24/7 service and Mattioni was the only one who could come out the same day.  It was raining outside and we had no water so it was a bad day all around.  The tech was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the bad pump.  He replaces the pump and all the piping/cabling. They have a huge binder with all the pricing in it.  You can get a discount if you join their "club" for $100.  I did and it still saved me a few hundred.  They came out for a complimentary whole house inspection and found another $1,000 worth of questionable work to do for inflated prices.  They seem very good, but they are very expensive. I had to choice or time to shop around at the time.

"We were very pleased with the new system install and service performed on our previous home that we decided to reach out to Unique again to get estimate on air conditioning for a potential new home. We anticipated a costly job as our new home didn't have ductwork. Paul and Chris came out to view the home and provide some options which ultimately helped us decide to move forward with the purchase of this home. Since we had oil heat with no option for gas, an older furnace and no ductwork, we decided to move forward with a geothermal heating and cooling system and high velocity ducts. Bruce and Christian began installing the high velocity ducts within a week. The installers were very courteous, clean, and were open to suggestions for duct placement In our split level home. Bruce even took our dog outside for a quick walk in the yard a couple times when we weren't home. A new crew came in to install the system and were quick, clean and spent time thoroughly reviewing the thermostat with me and explaining how it all worked. Our energy bills have been great and has proven we made the right choice in our forever home. Unique followed up after the install to get our feedback on the system performance. At that time, we mentioned the attic bedroom level of our home was a bit cooler in winter than rest of home. They suggested installing an additional small return vent to increase air flow. Within 2 days, they came to install the return and provided an additional filter for replacement. Unique again went above what we expected for the initial install and regular maintenance. We're happy we chose them in 2011 and will continue to use them."
