"Old water heater tank was leaking. Called MCR Tuesday morning. Person on phone connected me to plumber, Josh. He came later in the afternoon and spent a lot of time discussing possible install options. Later, in the evening, Josh sent quotes for the two main options we had discussed. The prices were in the range of other quotes. After talking with my wife, we decided to go with one of Josh's proposals. The choice was largely influenced by the thoughtful, thorough work Josh had shown during his visit and the timely, complete proposals he sent, and, of course, the price. I signed the agreement form that was included with the proposal and paid the required deposit. Wednesday morning Josh and Jordan showed up a little past 11am. They went right to work, removing the old heater and installing the new. Josh's work was as good as his visit had suggested. The project was completed shortly after 2pm!"

"We were very pleased with the new system install and service performed on our previous home that we decided to reach out to Unique again to get estimate on air conditioning for a potential new home. We anticipated a costly job as our new home didn't have ductwork. Paul and Chris came out to view the home and provide some options which ultimately helped us decide to move forward with the purchase of this home. Since we had oil heat with no option for gas, an older furnace and no ductwork, we decided to move forward with a geothermal heating and cooling system and high velocity ducts. Bruce and Christian began installing the high velocity ducts within a week. The installers were very courteous, clean, and were open to suggestions for duct placement In our split level home. Bruce even took our dog outside for a quick walk in the yard a couple times when we weren't home. A new crew came in to install the system and were quick, clean and spent time thoroughly reviewing the thermostat with me and explaining how it all worked. Our energy bills have been great and has proven we made the right choice in our forever home. Unique followed up after the install to get our feedback on the system performance. At that time, we mentioned the attic bedroom level of our home was a bit cooler in winter than rest of home. They suggested installing an additional small return vent to increase air flow. Within 2 days, they came to install the return and provided an additional filter for replacement. Unique again went above what we expected for the initial install and regular maintenance. We're happy we chose them in 2011 and will continue to use them."
