"I had 3 well known companies come out to look at my unit and provide me with an estimate for repair and replacement. I also got quotes from several companies once I knew I wanted to replace the unit. I chose AIM because Jimmy actually listen to me and provided options based on what my specific needs were. "James received my email at 5:00am. My furnace stopped working and my home warranty company couldn't find anyone to repair our furnace. At 7:30am James was at our home ready to perform the repair. He went right to work diagnosed the issue and even had the patience to get approval through our home warranty company. All I can say is WOW.
