"I had an old Canary yellow cast-iron tub, and replaced it for a beautiful new, safe, walk-in shower with some extra goodies. I felt the seamless one piece, water tight wall was a huge benefit and no caulking in the corners. The installer, Sang, was very enjoyable and did a fantastic job. What surprise me was, how much more money the other companies that offer acrylic were asking, it didn’t make sense. They are in their five stars."

"Tried to sell me much more than I thought I needed needed. All I needed was a tub and shower wall replacement but they wanted to install and charge more than I needed and can afford."

"They were very prompt and worked hard. We weren't aware the tub had been covered previously, so they let us know up front that they would need to strip it and re-do the entire thing. This did cost more than the original price, but it we so reasonable! We could not be more thrilled with how our tub looks now. So happy we chose refinishing rather than buying a whole new tub. So very well worth it! Mike, Pete and Matt were awesome to work with! Give these guys a try!"

"Because of the company's following Covid rules and a brief delay due to Covid positive testing within the company, it took a little longer for my remodelling project to be finished. Easy selection of new look and replacement shower and fixtures, etc. and they were made from quality materials. Good followups and any concerns were addressed promptly. All the workers that came into my house to get the job done were courteous and friendly."

"It was good. They just did a good job. They were very good with their communication and they didn't ignore me being "goffin". They made sure I was satisfied. They did good. They gave me a warranty which I appreciated."

"Zach was prompt and arrived when he said he would. He was knowledgible about this project and also helped with our toilet and sink leaks. He worked much later than he had planned for the project to get the job done, still only charging the quoted price. He was friendly and personable. We are definately planning to use him for other projects around our house."

FAQs for bathtub liner or shower surround installation and replacement projects in Vancouver, WA

A bathtub liner is a custom, one-piece shell that slips over your existing tub to hide cracks, stains, and chips. Most are molded from tough acrylic or PVC and can include a matching wall surround for a complete facelift. When a pro bonds the liner in place, you get a watertight seal, a fresh look, and an added layer of safety—all without tearing out the old tub.

After a tech measures your tub and orders a made-to-fit shell, installation takes a day. The installer cleans the surface, applies industrial-grade adhesive, and positions the liner in place. They trim the edges, tighten the drain, and run a smooth bead of silicone caulk to lock out moisture. A quick plumbing check wraps things up, leaving you with a ready-to-use tub by the next morning.

You can pick preset sizes or order a liner molded to your tub’s exact shape, then choose from dozens of colors, patterns, and finishes to match—or refresh—your bathroom. A pro trims and fits the shell on-site, so every contour lines up and accessories like grab bars or shelving land exactly where you want them.

If the liner’s material accepts a fresh coating, a professional can sand it, apply epoxy, and restore the shine in six hours for $480. Swapping in a brand-new liner runs $800 to $1,000 and takes a day or less. Refinishing is the wallet-friendly route when the shell is structurally sound, but it won’t last as long as starting over with new acrylic.

Most liners last three to five years. High-quality acrylic, a snug professional fit, and routine cleaning help you reach the upper end of that range. If moisture seeps behind the shell, mold and odors can shorten its life, so keep an eye out for loose caulk or soft spots and call a professional if you spot trouble early.
