Edgar gave a careful estimate, then worked with me patiently to fine-tune a plan for a custom fascia covering job on a 1926 bungalow. The plan was excellent. Material (painted steel) was fabricated expertly to custom specifications for our application. The three workers who performed the work were meticulous in their work and very pleasant to have around. Work was done with great care, as well as cleanup - often a problem with contractors, in my experience. This was not a huge job, but I would hire High Quality Construction Services again without any hesitation."

The old saying is that a good paint job is 75% preparation and that certainly describes how Pacific Coat painted my house. Our previous painter pressure washed one day and painted the next. Pacific Coat spent four days with a two man crew washing, scraping, calking and spot priming before they painted. When they were nearly done they asked me to inspect everything and make a touch-up list. I was pretty picky about it. Their response was to take care of all of it, immediately, with no questions asked. That's excellent service. I worked outside on other projects during the paint job and observed almost everything the painters did. There is no doubt they are serious professionals dedicated to a job well done."

"Eds Economy Roofing re-roofed our home several years ago. We are not trained as roofers so we depended on Eds Economy Roofing to re-roof our home properly, according to industry standards. That was our mistake. They were nice and finished the job quickly as you may read in other reviews. However, they did not vent the roof to allow condensation to exit as specified by the building code. They also did not install edge flashing which keeps water from creeping up under the roofing material. As a result of not being vented, and of not having edge flashing, the roof failed. Not only did the shingles fail, but the sheeting rotted, the insulation was ruined, and the rafters were rotten. We hired a general contractor to repair the damage and re-roof the house at a cost of over $80,000. This review could go on for pages, but I won’t bore you with all of the details. After going through the expense and stress of having our roof rebuilt, I cannot recommend that you use Eds Roofing for your roofing needs."
