The resolution process was defensive and difficult. While early work was careful, quality declined on the final day. Additionally, the railing was cut short and visibly patched, and our hallway baseboards were discarded without consultation. To his credit, Alex offered to return for finishing work the next day. However, the lack of transparency regarding code and the inconsistent finish were disappointing."
