"They were helpful. Apparently my computer was working very slowly and after they went through their diagnostics, I think it was a remote, I think it worked a little better but it didn't quite work as well as I was hoping. I'm not going to say it's their fault or something else is going on in the computer. I don't use that computer much anymore but I don't necessarily blame them or if there are some more issues with our computer. They did tell me that what they can do remotely is limited and they have to take it in somewhere to get more done. They were pretty upfront about that. The price was fair. They responded within that day. The end result didn't meet my needs."

"Gary was fabulous.  He showed up at my house right on time and we sat down together to go over my computer.  He gave me a lot of pointers and helped me out with things unrelated to the speed of my hard drive, which was a problem.  He freely offered suggestions on shortcuts, communication between devices, etc.   <br /> When I decided to upgrade the hard drive in my computer Gary described very carefully which hard drive I should get and why.  He visited my house two days later to pick up the computer since he had an appointment close-by.  The hard drive was completely installed by the following afternoon and I picked it up at his house.  The cost of the hard drive was what he said it would be, but his labor cost was much lower than I anticipated.  He only charged me for the time he spent actually doing the work on the computer, not the time it took for my data to get transferred to the new hard drive.  That was much appreciated.  He said he was doing other things during that time and there was no need to charge me.   <br /> I am grateful to have found Gary since I now feel comfortable going to him with questions and concerns.  I am confident he will help me with any computer-related problem in the future.  Thank you Gary."
