I called NW Construction and Jesus came that afternoon, appraised the situation, gave me a quote on the costs and began work soon after. He and his crew worked right thru this cold snap. The hillside is now stabilized with a very well built heavy cement block retaining wall that had to be built around the septic tank and septic-field pump. It is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
