They checked with us several times to make sure we liked the progress & made slight adjustments. Four gentlemen worked very well together to build excellent walls. Job Supervisor Hector & works paid attention to every detail and cleaned up the work areas, racked and spread seed where equipment had to work. "Rhett and his crew did an amazing job adding a significantly sized outdoor living area with stone patio, roofing, tongue and groove ceiling, kitchen area, firepit, IR heaters, and area for hot tub. I wish I could attach some photos as proof of his job. Rhett is an honest man that comes through on everything he tells you he is going to do. While we certainly signed a contract, there were many changes/adjustments we simply shook hands on and he always came through and was honest with any additional charges that were incurred. I didn't always have a complete vision on what I wanted to do and often relied on Rhett's experience to come up with a solution and every guidance he gave me was spot on. I also in retrospect realize how big a job he was signing up for being willing to do this job in the middle of winter while other contractors said they would wait till spring. He certainly incurred weather related setbacks due to the weather but pressed forward whenever he could. The job flowed from start to finish continually and he did a great job working with whatever permits and inspections were necessary. Rhett is not the type of contractor that assigns a foreman and then disappears. He got his hands dirty right along with his crew which benefited the quality of the job. What small work Rhett had to subcontract (electrician, gas install), he had great guys come out that did quality work as well. I've already spread the word to neighbors and friends that are looking to get work done at their house. I would highly recommend RR Custom Exteriors for whatever work outdoors you need done."

"My house sits on top of a bluff and when I had some septic work done and they had to cut into the hillside. And with all that rain it became unstable, worrisome at the very least. I called NW Construction and Jesus came that afternoon, appraised the situation, gave me a quote on the costs and began work soon after. He and his crew worked right thru this cold snap. The hillside is now stabilized with a very well built heavy cement block retaining wall that had to be built around the septic tank and septic-field pump. It is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
