"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Tyler was very prompt and answering my request to remove some trim from my kitchen cabinets because of a leak from the bathroom above it. He listened when I asked if he could come sooner, he replied quickly and was here the same day, even though it was just a small job. I appreciated his courtesy and would request his services again if I ever needed something fixed or worked on."

"Quick assessment and repair of a gas leak in stove equipment. Reasonable price. Would call again"

"From scheduling to completion of service, Giant Plumbing was completely professional.  The technicians were very knowledgable, respectful of my home and friendly.  They thoroughly checked the drain I was having issues with, and  made sure that the washer worked correctly before they left.

"Mr. Tegge could not have been nicer,  he arrived just as he said he would to give me an estimate.  He spent considerable time answering my questions and discussing my roof and it's long term maintenance.  I have had the pleasure of working with him before and this time was no exception.  When his team arrived to work on the roof, gutters and power washing they were courteous and did a beautiful job.  My house looked like it had just been painted.  Every thing had been cleaned up and looked wonderful. It is a pleasure to work with him and I do not plan on contacting anyone else for any renovations or repairs I may need in the future.  As we are new to the area it is a pleasure to have met someone who is trustworthy and capable. Thanks again!"

"The tech was amazing! So friendly, fixed my washing machine issue very quickly. I highly recommend this company to fix your washer or dryer."

"My front loader washing machine stopped draining, and I managed to troubleshoot the problem mostly by myself, but was worried I didn't fix it completely and/or would not put it back together right. I immediately headed to Angie's list and called some of the highest-rated and-reviewed repairman only to discover that a few of them won't deal with front loaders.  ACE called back soon after I left my message, and Joe assured me that they work on front loaders.  He was able to fit me in the same day, was on time, friendly, quick/efficient.  He also then headed to a rental property to check on a washing machine issue there, and called to let me know that the washing machine was so old and the repairs that would be needed so expensive that he recommended just buying another washer.  Honest, very reasonable rates--I highly recommend Joe/ACE and will absolutely use them again in the future!

"someone the service person was told the call was for a dishwasher instead of clothes washer. But he was prepared and able to get the job done."

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."

"We have used Piernik Contracting for multiple projects around our home over the past 2 years including a recent bathroom remodel, siding repair, gutter cleaning and repair, building a stair railing, appliance installation and small home repairs.  We highly recommend this company.  They are friendly, polite and respectful while in our home, dependable and provide high quality craftsmanship at a reasonable price.  They have an excellent attention to detail and work incredibly hard no matter how small the project.  They keep their work environment clean and clean carefully before leaving each day.  We will continue to use this company for our home improvement needs.
