"Dave and AJ from Freedom Contracting & Excavating did a great job for a reasonable price. I had an idea for an outdoor griddle setup using natural gas instead of propane tanks. I thought it was a long shot but they were able to make it happen. Very courteous and straight forward. They even went above and beyond by helping me with the natural gas conversion on my griddle. I would definitely hire them again and if you need any gas line work done, call Freedom C & E for sure! Thanks again!"

"I contacted the owner on March 28 to have him bid on the drain waste vent installation for my new construction. The owner came out the following day. He gave me a bid on the spot. He offered a fair price. He recognized me for my military service and I had a good vibe about him so I accepted his offer on the spot. I had appointments scheduled with two additional plumbers that I cancelled upon accepting the owner's proposal. The owner agreed to complete the work the week of March 31. I followed up on April 3 and again on April 6. On April 7, he responded committing to arrive the morning on April 8. I'm 128 miles round trip from the build site. The owner did not show up. After finally reaching him, he promised to be out by 11:30. A worker showed up by himself at 4:30 and said the job was too big for him alone. It is near the end of May and the owner continues to string me along with false commitments. It is clear now that he has no intention of following through with our contract. "

"They dont have a boiler selection selection so. Do not call them. The techs know little to none about steam boilers. They will act like they know what they are doing and instead of fixing the problems they will cause more. They flooded our house for 4 hours after the techs thought I had a water boiler system and filled all our radiators with water. They then said theyd fix what they did wrong and go over our system to make sure we had no leaks. This I was told by Jen the service manager. After 4 techs and countless hours of headaches and tons of damages from the constant running water for 4 hour they decided they were not going to fix the screw ups or diagnose what is wrong. However they offered to give us a refund of our money and they handed us the replacement part they broke free of charge. So now not only do I have to fix the system they broke more but I have also taken days off work to meet with them numerous times for nothing but to have the tech hand me the part. "

"This company never showed up for one but two different quotes he also has an employee named Bob or Robert who has made multiple promises and stuff to customers but have blown them off or have called them terrible names he has no respect for women and I truly believe this company should not have somebody who has put a shotgun in a woman's mouth in customer's homes yelling at them and saying terrible things. This is also not a very kid friendly company they have no respect for people's children or homes"
