"Well let me tell yall to start I took a fat dump 2-3 hours or so lost track of time in there my phone died. I flushed it didnt go down also to add I had to flush while sitting there multiple times cause it filled up. It was coming back up out I ran over to my neighbors had them call Ethan him and Kevin came out Kevin started throwing up as soon as he walked in and had to step outside. I get it though it was bad I was beside Kevin. Ethan then referred me to clean up services whom came out and cleaned my bathroom up for me I just could not bring myself to it and had to tip them for bearing with the smell I felt so bad. They didnt make me feel embarrassed either about the situation. Will hire again next time I do this."

They instantly began work and everything was done much quicker than I even expected.  They worked pretty much without a break and were neat, and precise performing each of their projects.  They made the work day pass with ease.

"Took about 2 hours. Worked properly after replacement. Involved several connections (gas and electrical). A special replacement device was needed due to the age (27 years) of the furnace. A video camera was used to show signs of corrosion developing on the heat exchanger. It was not judged to be an immediate issue. An estimate was provided for a future replacement of the furnace and A/C.

"Shortly after purchasing our home, we discovered water damage in the room beneath our small third-floor roof deck, and the roof started leaking badly inside, creating a large hole in the ceiling. Home warranty didn't cover it b/c it was pre-existing and the home inspector didn't catch it. Turns out the person who renovated our home prior to our purchasing it put down incorrect roof tiles beneath the roof, without an angle or space for water to leave the area, creating a pile up of debris between the roof and the deck. The only way to fix it was to tear down the deck, remove the roof tiles and put down the correct rolling tiles.
Chris and his crew at Home Crafters came in and tore down the existing wooden roof deck, removed the old tiles and rotten woodwork, and put down the proper tiles, fixing the leak. Not only were they professional and kind to us, but they were extremely patient with inquisitive neighbors who stopped by to ask questions. They also had to use our neighbor's parking pad in order to access our roof, and they quickly eased their nerves, putting down a huge tarp over their entire area and cleaned up every day after they were finished working.
The entire process took less than three days, and we were able to hire a drywall contractor to fix the interior water damage a few days after they were finished. It has now been three months, and the roof has held up without any problems.
We've been in touch with them ever since, hoping to sign Chris and company up to build us a new deck where the old one is, b/c we trust their professionalism and know they would be able to do a great job. Once that happens, I'll be sure to place another review. A little slow in returning messages, but highly recommended and worth the wait.
