"They did a great job. The carpets looked new and we were very happy with their work. They were very nice and friendly. My only complaint with carpet cleaners, and this applies to ALL carpet cleaners we have ever used, is that they always upsell you. You never get the carpets cleaned for the advertised price without adding something on. This deal did not include moving furniture. They put protective pads under the bed (and it's a big, heavy king bed), and slid it over to the left, cleaned, then slid it to the right. We didn't have it moved out, so just cleaned around it, and they were very careful with the furniture. In the other bedroom, there was a queen bed with a bed frame on wheels (no headboard, footboard, etc), and they slid it and a dresser around. The cost was an additional $35 to move the furniture. Then, they offered a 'deal' for a protective spray (scotch guard or something similar), which was an additional $15. I know we didn't have to get it, but it seemed like the thing to do to protect the carpet since it looked so good. So, the $49 deal became $99 to clean two rooms. Why can't they just offer a deal that includes total cleaning and whatever else you need for whatever the price is. You should know up front what you're paying rather than the price doubling at the end. We absolutely hate to have our carpets cleaned because you always feel like you're overpaying since you never get it for the advertised price. I just want to know what it's going to cost before they show up. And, this has always happened to us with carpet cleaner deals, not just this company. Bottom line is they did a great job, we were very happy with the way the carpets looked, but you're not going to get it done for $49 unless the room has absolutely no furniture in it, and you refuse to purchase any add-ons!!!!!!

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
