My only issue was there was an issue with the washer/drier that resulted in damage to the door ( the track was bent and the door is off) and the dryer vent has disconnected from the wall. These items were not fixed or pointed out to me by the crew. The cleaning was pretty good, especially for a crew of 3 for 2 hours."

Very professional, very neat, very good painters. I was very fortunate to find this company and more fortunate that they helped make the cabin what I wanted it to be--a virtual showplace for all to see. I know I know, you are probably saying what did they paint in a cabin. Well some of the interior walls are drywall including the kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, bedroom interior walls, etc. I was very happy with their services. They are quick to return calls, schedule appointments and follow through with their promises. If you are looking for a great bunch of people to help you with a painting project or really any kind of project then you found the right folks. You can't go wrong--give Brittani or John a call. "Edited below...They recently replaced a vinyl fence for me. I highly recommend them! They responded promptly (always!), left a clean jobsite (always!) and completed the job even though it meant working a full Saturday. Our problem was our dogs could get out of our pickets on the previous fence so they installed several panels and then had us test with the dogs to make sure it would work. It needed some modification which they cheerfully added. Definitely will be using them for future projects! Requested their help on a smaller project, they came out and looked and then I never heard back from them. A courtesy call to say they weren't interested would have been nice. I was waiting on their slow time to do yet more work, back to the drawing board!!"

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. "If  you want to hire an experienced contractor that understands time allowance, costs, and the right way to do things, hire Jack.  He finished my kitchen renovation that another contractor left unfinished a year ago.  I called Jack to paint, trim down, and install my closet door, properly finish my engineered flooring, including 5 thresholds the original contractor left undone, build and paint all my trim work, including custom made base, window, and door trim to match the rest of my house.   Jack finished painting what was left unpainted, filled in nail holes, sanded and painted throughout my kitchen.  He installed 2 built-in shelves,  3 door locks, hung 2 heavy mirrors and a coat rack for me.  He even stacked 3 cabinets on my back kitchen wall for me to give me more storage.  My kitchen is finally completed to my satisfaction, thanks to Jack.   I am very happy.
     Jack is a likable guy.  If you are honest with him, he will be honest with you.  He is a professional at what he does and it shows.  My job took a couple of days longer than estimated, but Jack stayed true to his original cost.

"I contacted Wayne Thibodeaux, Jr., of Smart Floors because I needed floor repairs, and a contractor already on Angie's List had recommended him. He came out for an estimate, saw that the repairs would go beyond what he normally provides (carpet/floor installation and minor repair), showed me what the problem was (sagging floor joists), explained what the probable fix would be, and recommended several other outfits for the job. When I received the other estimate and realized that my living room carpet would need to be pulled back for some of these repairs and then restretched, I arranged for Wayne to coordinate with these other workers to do this part of the job.
He and his crew were prompt, efficient, and friendly, and they were careful about moving my fragile furniture. Wayne also answers phone calls and texts promptly, which is an added bonus. He charges $30 for an estimate, but then if he's hired that money is applied to your total bill. If I need carpet or tile installed, I'll definitely call him again."
