I am retired with 35 years in municipal construction, electrical, mechanical and HVAC maintenance and repair. I am interested in small jobs consisting of 1-3 days. Since I am not interested in full kitchen and bath remodels or very large projects, I will not try and upsell you into anything extra that you don't need.

"Got a quote based on information I gave, knowing that this was an estimate based on usual circumstances. Very punctual, two problems, first was a clogged drain than was cleared quickly, the second was a defective outside spigot that split because I forgot to remove house line for the winter. The basement was finished making it difficult to get to the line so replacement could be completed. Both jobs were completed, area was broom clean, the final bill was slightly higher then quote because of extra time need to get to line with out damaging. Ceiling etc. I would use again, loved his good nature and humor."
