"Jakob W., Austin H., and Nathan H. Demonstrate some great team work getting the foundation work done clean and efficient. Fantastic communication before, during, while closing up the details of the project. Each where professional, polite, and positive attitude. Except for the missing steps at the patio door we can hardly notice they had the foundation dug up the day before."

"The day I called to set up an appointment for an estimate, Jeremiah happed to be in the area and came right over. We were satisfied with the quote he gave us and they were able to come back the next week to do the job. They still have to come back to finish the caulking but the main job went just fine. We had a large crack across our stamped cement patio and the sidewalk had dropped over the years. They were able to level both out back to normal. No more trip hazards! We had contemplated tearing out the patio and replacing it with another one or a wood or Trex type deck. This saved us a lot of money that can now go to other projects that need to be done. They were very friendly and professional and we would recommend them to anyone that needs a leveling job done."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Vermontville, MI

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
