"Clive arrived right on time to give me a quote for the replacement of my nearly 17 year old hot water heater. After looking at it he gave me a very competitive price. Then he asked me why I wanted to replace it. I explained that it was the original water heater and I was concerned it might go out soon. I showed hit a couple of small rust spots. He told me he has seen water heaters last for longer than this and that if it were him he would just keep an eye on it and when I see it start to leak a little call he back and then replace it. He also recommended a different brand saying the one I had has had some problems in the last few years. "It went great!  When I called the office to request service they were friendly, polite and very sympathetic about the situation of having a down A/C unit in the midst of a heat wave.  They promised someone would be out that afternoon and the repairman actually arrived a little earlier than scheduled.  There were problems with getting the wheel fan out of the blower motor because of bad previous repairs so he took it back to their shop where he would have the appropriate tools and returned the same afternoon to install it.  We had our A/C back on by 4:30p.m.  I'm very impressed and I will definitely use Air Tech again. <br />"
