"Everything went extremely well. I strongly recommend Lenny from Passaic Window & Glass. We initially needed a broken window repaired at my residence the job was completed in a very timely manner. I then inquired about replacing the crank mechanisms being replaced on bay windows. He ordered the necessary parts. Upon installation, one of the parts was defective, he immediately ordered the replacement part, that also was defective. He kept me informed of the status of the impending repair. The job was completed earlier today. Everything from the beginning until the project was completed was handled in professional & courteous manner. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Jim and his team were knowledgable, professional and very thorough in their work.  We are very pleased with the results.  Jim is creative and finds a way to get things done when faced with challenges.  We had a 2nd story window which was difficult to reach due to landscape and Jim handled it smoothly and with no problem.  His team was conscientious and took their time to make sure each opening was done properly to insure a weatherproof installation.  We highly recommend Trust Builders LLC and are making arrangements to use them again on a basement remodel."

"Sorry for the delay in getting this review out.  Dave and his crew are outstanding, being very competitively priced, having excellent quality, and pride in their work.  
At times it was difficult to contact Dave LOL, but he does eventually respond, usually in the late afternoon.  When we scheduled the start of the project, it had been 11 days since my last communication with him, but he did indeed get back to me the day before the project, and confirmed he would be there on the scheduled day to start, and there him and his crew was!  He is so popular, that if he answered the gazillion phone calls during the day, he wouldn't get work done.  This is why he makes most phone calls after his work day.
Him and his crew went right to business, tearing down my wall, saving my bay window even though I only asked him to try since my friend wanted it, and kept it in great shape while removing it!  
The first day the door was in, and the subsequent days put the siding they had initially removed, put up drywall, sanded and painted.  
I even paid extra to patch up the butcher job of a hole on another wall i attempted to fix earlier this year.  I also paid extra for debris removal, 
They went above and beyond to complete the job as they patched up and painted an adjacent wall in my dining room where my wife keeps her "Wall of Fame"  with 50 + framed pictures.
These negative reviews are borderline comical.  ALL contracting companies have 1 or more laborers to assist the with the process of completing jobs.  Do you want the head contractor spending time going to his/her work truck to pick up tools that will be needed in a future process of that respective job?  Come on people!  These guys are perfectionists who know you have a deadline you want to meet with the completion of your job as well!
I have already told my friends and family about Nilsen Building and Remodeling, and I highly recommend them.

"Roger visited my apt and agreed to do the work for $1500. That was to remove the shower floor, re-set it and tile. He also agreed to re-caulk the walls since some of the old grout was cracking. The entire lower row of wall tiles in my shower would need to be removed in order to remove the floor tiles in the shower. I agreed to buy those wall tiles separately from the $1500 fee. I paíd 1/3 of the fee as a deposit. Another 1/3 hall-way thru and another 1/3 when finished. Roger assured me the work would be completed in 3 days, and it was. If he agreed to be in my apt at a certain time, he was always punctual. He did a great job and was very friendly and professional. I honestly wish I'd hired Roger 2 years ago when my bathroom was renovated. I was very happy with the price, the work that was done and getting to know Roger a little bit. I would hire him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone.
