"I had a frameless glass shower enclosure ordered and installed to replace my old starter enclosure and this company did an excellent job. From price quote to finish everything went smoothly. The price was competitive to other companies that I had inquired with and communication was very responsive. Calls and emails were returned the same day or by the next business day. I work most days of the week and they worked around my schedule with no issues at all. I also had to get minor tile work done to prepare for the enclosure installation and they had recommended a very good home handyman (John of John's Residential Services) to do the work. Every technician (Charlie, Bill, Dominick, and one other who I don't remember the name of) who came out for measurements and installation were very punctual, efficient and friendly.  They made everything go as smooth as can be. The finished product is beautiful and makes my bathroom look a hundred times better. "I called and we confirmed the price which was posted on their website to replace my windshield. <br /> We set up an appointment for the next day. The installer would call me in the morning and tell me what time. <br /> I was informed in the morning, that the windshield was not available locally and could we reschedule for the next day -- I did so. <br /> I was called the next morning and informed that it was more difficult to find the part and that the office would call me the next day. <br /> This was their only faux-pax (forgiven). <br /> I waited a few days and called. Very nice (always) on the phone. They looked me up and found the order -- It said it was NA (probably not available). The woman asked me to hold -- one minute later she came back and told me they had the part and asked when I would like to have it installed. We scheduled for today 9/11/2014. I got a call around 8:45 (I was told to expect a call between 8-9 am) and told that he would be at my home between 11-1. <br /> He showed up around 11:30. Fixed the windshield -- very professional. Put everything back onto the windshield (stickers, EasyPass, etc.) Vacuumed the front of the car afterwards. He cleaned the windshield as well. <br /> Finally -- he collected the payment and a receipt was emailed to me. <br /> All very professional. I didn't give an 'A' for price, because I saw a price quote elsewhere for about 10% lower. Of course, Arrow had better reviews -- better safe than sorry! <br />"

"Two young men arrived in a sporty purple car a couple of hours later than estimated.  They confirmed which windows needed to be washed, immediately went to work, and finished in less than 2 hours.  One of them washed the outsides of the windows, and the other washed the insides.  The windows look great--very clean, no smudges; frames and sills are clean, too.  They were courteous.  I forgot to tell them not to wash a small window in the garage that I had already cleaned myself.  It cost me the full price for a double-hung window with screen.  I usually wash windows myself, but it was a treat to have someone else do it, and the results are better. <br /> The cost I listed above includes the $51 I saved with the Angie's List coupon, assuming that some people might not have the coupon:  $100 of work done for only $49. <br /> <br />"

"We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone. <br />"

"The agent from Homedepot was very friendly, professional and was not crazy high pressure. Gave us several options and explained all grades of installation, material, and also workmanship guarantees. Went with Timberline HD, checked and removed all rotting wood from the old roof, flashed and channeled our chimney gaps, covered all piping and vents. and graded and level our gutters. They were done in 2.5 days for the entire job. since our house is ranch style - our roof is almost 3000 square feet which is a large area of coverage. Homedepot gave job to one of their agents which was very professional and friendly as well. With their best plan guarantee 25 year workmanship and 50 years for material which gave me peace of mind. Any other small company that offers it I would not even trust, what is the chance of Homedepot will no longer be around in 25-50 years. I can't say the same for most smaller companies. Could have done it for less probably but probably would have needed replacement 10-15 years laters or maybe even sooner. <br />"
