"I called on a Friday afternoon about 3:30 PM. I was ready to purchase a new opener. I thought my door was acting in a way where it might fail and damage my cars. I spoke with Kelly and informed her of my concerns. She said one of their technicians just returned from another job and she would send him out immediately. Chris, the technician, arrived within about 25 minutes. Chris meticulously looked over my situation and promptly told me exactly what was wrong with my opener, which turned out to be a worn pulley on the motor. That and some adjustments would correct the problems. As I talked with Chris, he said he would be happy to install a new opener, but honestly, my opener, which is now 13 years old, is still in very good condition. Well, although I have to admit I was looking forward to a new opener with the new technology, If Chris could do what he said, I would be saving at a minimum $200.00. So, I agreed to let him do his thing. Also, I was intending to have new rollers installed. Chris said he would replace mine If that's what I wanted, but mine were perfectly fine. He went on to say his company is not in business simply to sell openers and parts. After about an hour later, I could not be any happier. I watched Chris and I can honestly say that the guy left nothing out with his inspection. He adjusted the chain, the springs, lubricated EVERY ITEM that could be lubricated.....I MEAN EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY!!!!! And, my door has never been as quiet!!! Finally, which is very important to me, is how this company treated me. From the very first call talking with Kelly (three call in all) who treated me with professionalism and friendliness, and sending out the technician immediately. Then when Chris arrived, he too was a true professional. Very quickly I could see he was very capable in his trade. Again, so important to me, he was also friendly and did not try to cut any corners. I have been a real estate investor for 44 years. In my many years there have been several times I needed garage door help. My biggest regret is that I never called upon this company for repairs. Folks, this is the only garage door company you will ever need!!!! Please note i am not receiving anything for this feedback revue. I am so grateful I just happened to have called them. Now i will never have to wonder if I am calling a company and wonder if the are going to be any good. THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST GARAGE DOOR COMPANY I have ever come across!!!!!!"
