Best HVAC company ever! 

They went above and beyond to fix repairs right away.  Came out rather quickly and stayed as long as it took to figure out the problem.  Their customer service is all around excellent!  I originally called at 4:00 am in the morning and got an actual human voice who respectfully listened to me and was ready to help.  Promises were always kept on calling me back and calling to let me know the tech was on his way including an email was sent as well!  The tech's are extremely knowledgeable/experienced!  Pride is taken in their work in making sure the problem is fixed RIGHT, not just assuming.  They are all very pleasant to deal with in every aspect.  I highly recommend them and will never call another HVAC company again.

The comfort specialist, Chris B., was very responsive and helpful in helping me decide what to buy, as well as providing help after installation. "Everyone is very experienced at their job and knows what they are doing. This made the whole process very smooth, from interactions over the phone with Danny and the receptionist, estimates and troubleshooting with John, and day-of install with Diego. And most importantly, the actual install of the HVAC equipment was very neat, tidy, and professional. Everything is level and lines up together, seams are sealed, wiring and piping is all neatly routed. A quality install matters more than what brand you choose, and these guys do a great job. I also want to mention that they continued working hard despite how it not only poured rain the day of my install, but the power also went out and they had to work in the dark for a little while."

"Everything went well!  They did accidentally bring the wrong equipment at first because of a paperwork mixup at the home office, but they corrected it quickly and even upgraded my outdoor heat pump unit as compensation for the mistake.  That did cause them to have to drive to the Lennox distribution center and back, setting the install completion back a couple of hours.  I guess for that I have to knock them on "quality".
But other than that, everything went smoothly.  They were professional and courteous.  They also called back the next day to check on everything and make sure that everything was satisfactory and to apologize for the mixup.
