"Bill and Trish exceeded the expectations I had from the start. Trish is so pleasant to talk with that you forget quickly you are asking for a service and not talking to a friend. Bill is a craftsman who has many years of experience and he gets right to the point of where your problem lies. In our case the tune up for the summer was not realistic when our 30 year old AC unit had leak issues. Bill and I worked through several scenarios regarding cost of a repair and an investment in a new unit. It made sense to do a new unit and not worry about our old AC unit further breaking down and requiring more repair. Bill and Trish advised us of a cancellation that allowed the new AC unit to be installed 3 days after the service call. Bill and Trish followed through on their quote, and arrival time for installation on time. Everything I was told with a time frame was on time,accurate, and made sense to what I was receiving. Raphael and Nisho were assigned my install and they were no different regarding their punctuality and care for our house. Bill and Raphael took me through the complete process of what would be done and when the project would be finished. Raphael and his crew treated my house well making sure to drop cloths down everywhere they worked. I could not tell they did anything because of the cleanliness in which they worked. The job was made easier as Raphael helped me to clear the work area I was supposed to clear. I was running late in clearing and Raphael helped me to clear the area without complaining or having me do it on my own which was my job. After the installation Raphael walked me through our new AC and also provided valuable recommendations on how to take care of our new unit. What I must stress is everyone from Cool Air Technologies goes above and beyond what they need to in making sure you are 150% satisfied. Raphael helped me pick quality new air filters for our AC on Amazon to make sure we knew exactly what to purchase. Bill followed up that afternoon to ensure I was satisfied and encouraged any questions I might have. The AC unit performs exceptionally. The old unit if I turned it on in the afternoon to cool the house it could only drop the temperature by a degree or 2. Our new unit brought the temperature down from 78 in the house to 74 degrees in less than an hour. We still have 30 year old ducts and vents that do not allow the best air flow so this is a great improvement. Bill installed a new AC that cost me $3,000 less than what I was quoted 2 years ago from another company. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the service provide by Bill, Trish and his crew. "Quick response. I had another company come out and didn't have a clue after 2 hours. Said they were going to come back with parts ordered and never heard back from them. Gordon identified the problem within 20 minutes or so and provided a quote. Same day repair and completed in less than an hour. Gordon was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Price was very reasonable but it didn't matter as AC and Heating is essential when weather conditions are high and low. I'm happy to have AC again in our hottest temperatures of the summer."

"Review of inspection and estimate bid process. This is a solid, honest, and professional company. Thank you to Ivan who came out to the property to assess a mainline leak by our sidewalk. He offered impeccable service and respect with understanding of my needs for plumbing repairs. All City came through with requested bids for both a 2 foot patch repair and a full water mainline replacement for several types of piping and methods. Ivan provided proper legal estimate contracts and scope of work details, responded promptly and courteously to all phone calls, emails and texts. As it turned out the County Public Works Department easily fixed the connector leak when repairing the sidewalk concrete and the mainline was confirmed as stable. The mainline had been replaced prior, unbeknownst to me. No extra repairs were needed. I definitely would have contracted All City to do this repair if it was necessary. Ivan is the best, very kind and polite as was the office staff and Dominic who booked the appointment. I’m glad All City is in the OC area! "OC EXCEL was great! I worked with Ionel (he goes by John) and he was AWESOME! After the a few years back my AC finally broke from all of the ash and I needed to replace it. So after doing some research I met with John for a free estimate. He was super thorough and didn't rush me at all to try and make a sale. He told me what the issues were and what some of my options were and we decided to that it would make the most sense to actually replace the whole system, heating and AC. I didn't think I had the budget to do it, but he knew of some wholesale places that offer full units at discounts and gave me several options to choose from. Of course I looked up the prices for each of the units online to do an independent price comparison and saw his prices were 30% lower! So I had him come over and do the work. I was so impressed with his work style, he's respectful manor throughout the house and his really thoughtful approach. I could tell he was never looking to up sell me on anything and wanted to make sure he provided me the best options available at reasonable costs. It took him the whole day to work here though he only planned for half that time and he never charged me anything extra for the work. For example, apparently my house's attic access hole was too small to get the furnace out!! However, instead of charging me for that extra work he actually made the hole in the attic bigger and was able to get the old one out and install the new one. I asked him several times if this would increase the cost and was more than ready to pay for it, however he said it wasn't my fault the house was built this way and I shouldn't have to pay for it. Plus the price he quoted was what he was going to stick to! I would highly recommend John to anyone looking to fix or replace their AC or Heater! It's hard to find someone in the service industry that's trust worthy but John is definitely one of them."
