"Unlike other exterminators who had been hired in the past, Cato Termite & Pest Control was  different.  For one, the technician arrived on time with  necessary equipment.  He was courteous and knowledgeable about wildlife, in particular, squirrels. <br /> The technician performed a complete outside inspection, including the roof.  A medal screen was placed over an area near the roof to prevent completion of the squirrel's nest. "Service went great which is why we have a quarterly service contract with Guardian.  Had called them originally because we had seen signs of mice in 2014.  Greg came out set traps/bait, inspected for entry points and closed any found.  Came back for follow up and removed any mice found and reset traps and bait.  Came back for next follow up and no mice.  At that time we decided to get a quarterly service contract.  Greg comes out every three months and sprays for any insects, checks for mice or any other pests and handles whatever issues may have occurred.  He has come within the hour after a call due to a snake in the backyard and has also come out the same day as called to remove the one mouse that has been found in 2015.  Could not be happier with the service.  Would highly recommend.  Always willing to explain everything and answer any questions asked regarding issues, products used, safety etc.  Office always friendly and accommodating when called. <br />"
