"A1 contacted me shortly after I loaded the parameters of my issue into Angi's site and were able to schedule an appointment within two days (it was not an emergency repair). The technician, Mr. Chris Dale, called as soon as he was en route. Upon arrival he instantly diagnosed the problem and with about a half hour was able to replace a faulty part. He was also kind enough to walk me through the process as he was working so that I would feel comfortable making the repair myself in the future should I need to. Overall, very please with the responsiveness and professionalism all around."

"I have to say I was fully satisfied with the end result of the work done at my house. I was getting Qwest piping replaced throughout my entire townhouse with modern Pex piping. If you plan to live a bit more conscious free, I highly suggest it. I had gotten quotes from various plumbing companies as there is so much competition and A1 beat them easily. The work done wasn't completely to my satisfaction and the project took much longer than expected due to various reasons. Most of the supervisors I worked with were very competent and solidly communicative with my frustrations, actually empathizing with the reality of the situation. The initial person who did the job was a great and super friendly guy but his helper was just not great and he had to continually fix his problems which made things run over. Months later when I got settled I expressed frustration to the management and A-1 met in the middle with me on a constructive solution. I am 100% happy with the results and plan to do a lot more business with them. A really really big shoutout to the tech who visited twice and did everything without issue, Jonathan Schemetti. Also I really appreciate Tim who was easily the best contact person I got in touch who made things happen. Make SURE you get to a supervisor who doesn't give you a standoffish attitude or dismiss your concerns, they have really great people working here.!"

"Kellam made an appointment to do a plumbing maintenance call. Said the tech would be out between 8 and 12 so we remained at home. They didn't arrive so at 1pm I called. Received a text the tech would be there. He arrived around 2pm. When we bought the tankless water heater they told us that with the maintenance agreement they would come out each year, check it out and flush the system. Apparently the new owners decided that doing the flush with the agreement wasn't making enough money, so we were charged $630 to flush the system. Then the tech found a corroded piece that he had to order and would return in 5 days to install it. No show - no call. We have made appts which were cancelled at the last minute. They are no longer reliable or financially friendly. I will NOT do business with them again."
