Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like. It was exciting to see how fast they could generate a nice design. Charlie knew what he’s doing and we were sure he has done this type of jobs many times before. Their prices are reasonable. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Charlie to start the following week. That gave us little time to buy all the appliances, hardware, countertops, tiles Etc… Charlie personally went with us to 2 showrooms where we picked out our tiles and countertops. He also helped us to search and buy all the options for the (sink, faucet, hardware and more…). To be honest, I was probably a nightmare type of work. We moved out of our place during the month of the remodeling and we were a little worried that something would go wrong and we would end up on a terrifying remodeling show. "There are really two companies of regard Verengo and Sunrun.    Regarding Costs: Remember this is a lease ~$40,000 over 20 years!  It is expensive compared to a self-installation. Total equipment costs are < $20,000.  For the do-it-yourselfer you could save a lot of $'s but you must be prepared to continually monitor an repair the system you install.  You must also be prepared to pass inspection by the Electric Company and be permitted to sell back your excess power.  You also reap the government incentives.  With  this lease system all the government incentives are earned by Sunrun. After a year the DC-AC power converter failed.  Sunrun replaced it immediately.  This is the advantage of a lease.  Any equipment malfunction is taken care of immediately.
