He was hired for a coil cleaning because another franchised company failed to do it when they provided a tune-up a month earlier. He not only cleaned the coils but additionally saw that the motor and other parts needed cleaning. He did it with no additional charge to what he reasonably and originally quoted me. The unit looked great afterward on the inside and externally. He is honest, very thorough, and transparent with pictures showing the before and later.
