"Mr. Floros worked with my schedule on a short timeline to replace our water heater. He professionally negotiated with me about how to get the job done approximately the way that I wanted while still meeting local code. "We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard. We had similarly good experiences when Genove technicians came to repair our central AC system. They were knowledgeable and efficient, got the system going again, and the price was fair. We continue to use this company for heating and AC repairs."
