"Jason was very conscientious about customer service and communication, and more importantly, he puts the needs of the customer ahead of his own financial interests. I was willing to go ahead and schedule the service call, but he advised me to talk to the vendor and the manufacturer first - to make sure that my appliance wasn't under warranty. "Everything went very well from start to finish.  Jeff and his assistant arrived on time and spent a day taking up all the old tile and preparing the floor for installation.  Thenext day Jeff brought a subcontractor and his assistant to install the tile.  They were excellent and worked very hard and in an efficient and professional manner.  They were very polite and cleaned up before they left. Jeff came back the next day and put in the quarterround while the asistant grouted the floors.  Everything was moved back into place and was beautiful when they left.  He followed up with me to make sure everything was okay and that I was happy with the work.  I would gladly hire him again to complete any renovation project that I need to have done!
