"We had a brand new central air unit installed by another company 4 years ago. It never worked the way it should,, the house would never cool down past 78 or 79 degrees in the summer, Bryant had been out to repair it numerous times, they finally admitted they could not fix the problem and installed a bigger unit. We were excited that we could finally have a cool house, only to be disappointed when we turned the air on, it was doing the same thing the other unit did, not cooling the house.
