"It was disappointing to not have John come do the project. Initially the job was to install recess lights, repair motion sensors and install light posts. Turns out that the person John sent in his place only did the recess lights with no mention or attempt to perform the other jobs. I had to keep reminding him to adjust the high hat base to line up with and conceal the obvious gaps made (the holes in the ceiling appeared slightly wider than the circumference of the high hats installed. It took him 5 hrs to install the 6 lights which I though was lengthy given there was no electrical connections made. Entire process was just different from what I was expecting which is why I took away 1 star"

All the equipment supplied was 100% new, still in the factory cartons and the installation work was TOP QUALITY. Ray not only sold me the job but he did the installation too. He and partner Ken, and their assistant (3 man crew total) worked very professionally and effectively. Needless to say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM."
