He spoke with me on Tuesday and by Friday afternoon the garage door opener was installed. My husband was pleasantly surprised the garage door opener was installed as promised by Delta. We are very grateful for all his help. He even went so far as to offer to come back Monday night to carry the old garage door opener to the curb for garbage day on Tuesday, so my husband would not have to do it. "He was here within 15 min of my phone call, the spring broke and I couldn't get my car out( had a Dr appointment) said he couldn't fix the door that day, but would come back the next day at 10:00, ( he was here before 10)had him replace the door( my choice) no high pressure selling, very polite and efficient, was finished before noon! I called another Garage door company that I had used prior but due to their busy schedule and the distance from my home I needed to find another company fast to find the problem. I contacted them and they were able to send someone within 4 hours which I thought was reasonable. Cory stopped and thankfully it was nothing serious! The lock on the inside of the door had been bumped- no wonder the door would not go up!
