"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Thomas, the repair tech, showed up promptly the next day and was able to quickly assess that we had a coolant leak in one of the units. It was the Friday of a three-day weekend, so we wouldn't be able to get a new unit until Tuesday, but Thomas and William assured me they would get the unit right away and get the work done quickly. They were true to their words, and Thomas performed the work quickly and efficiently. William was also nice enough to reach out to use the day prior to the repair work to reassure us they would have our unit installed the next day, and he quote me a rate that was more than reasonable. To find someone that calls back on Oahu is one thing, but to find someone who will drive across some of the country's worst traffic three days in a row to repair obsolete equipment after finding all three replacement boards for my split AC, while troubleshooting one after the next until it is all singing cool air in here?
