They were extremely prompt to respond to my request via Home Advisor, and easy to work with in terms of planning and scheduling. Which reminds me, they had the honesty and integrity to inform us we did not need to replace the garage door opener simply because we were installing a new garage door, unlike some of the larger companies whose name I probably don't need to mention by name. But let's just say that yet another added bonus for us was that we live in an area far enough away from metropolitan Kansas City that it isn't always easy to get ANY type of service technician to come out here without either charging extra for the trip or whining about it. These guys didn't blink. And I get the feeling that even if we lived farther away from where they are, they still wouldn't have complained about it or charged additional money. It was really nice to have an alternative to the corporate door giant. More importantly, the work quality was excellent, the service was absolutely outstanding, the selection of doors was large, they were professional and polite and easy to work with, and it was an excellent value. They also thanked us for our business. Could not be happier and while I don't expect to have to do this again I kind of wish I could hire these guys again just because it was such a pleasant experience."

"I knew the second I met Joe that he was the guy I wanted to help with our renovation. He is honest and so nice to work with. He answered his phone or returned our call quickly every time we had a question. For his siding crew, he hires actual skilled craftsmen who clearly pride themselves on a job well done. They worked from sun up to sun down for six days in the cold wind. And they're meticulous. They cleaned up everything and even wiped the dust from each board before they were finished! Our house looks amazing. They did a fantastic job! I’ll be calling him again when we’re ready to replace all of our windows."

"I called in mid-February to get a quote on 2 new garage doors and 2 new garage door openers. I talked to Jimmy and he gave me a verbal quote, then had someone come out that evening to check everything and provide me a quote in writing (same quote as over the phone). After I was ready to get the doors, I called on 3/22/18. The doors were scheduled to be installed the next day. I had one person arrive during tshe scheduled time, and he began the disassembly of the old doors. About an hour later, 2 more people came to help him and they were done in less than three hours. Everything was cleaned up and functioning perfectly. It's the way every service company should work. Customer service, great prices, and great installers!"
