"We had noticed some siding and exterior trim deterioration, so called David Eakes for a repair estimate.  David gave our home's exterior a thorough review, pointing out additional areas that were in need of repair.  Even noticed some shingles missing from roof peak.  We agreed on the work to be done and the price.  David and I agreed that there may be additional repair needs uncovered as the work progressed. 
Job consisted of replacing several pieces of the original siding, front door trim, numerous dormer trim pieces, the shingles as noted above, and caulking/painting many of the trim/siding joints around the house.  Used Miratec material for replacement. 
Additional work above original estimate was less than $150.
As for worksite neatness, they didn't just clean up at the end of each day.  Any scraps or old material were bagged as they went along.

"Mr. Holmes made an extra effort to squeeze in to his very busy schedule my mother's roof problem.  He went the extra mile coming over after he finished his already long work day.  He climbed on the roof, identified two probably issues and told my mom he would return the next day, again after working a long day elsewhere, and fix the roof leak.  As good as his word, Mr. Holmes came back the next early evening, patched a roof and secured some flashing.  Water leak disappeared.

I needed Joe and his son Tony on two occasions over the past two months.  Each time, I was met with friendly, on time service and very fair pricing.  Joe is very conscientious about doing a good job, and I like the chemistry he and his son have.  They work well together, fast and efficient.

Joe takes great pride in his work.  Of course, I'm in a rush to get things done, but after a particularly rainy weekend, Joe completed half my job one day and recommended that I wait two more days to let the bricks dry out as the humidity and moisture in the bricks were making the job look presentable but not right.  Joe wanted to do it right, which I respect.
