Blake  instilled confidence from the very start.  Showed up on time to estimate the job, was prompt with replies, and bid the job based on the prior existing design.  Lot of attention to detail.  Result was positively beautiful and met all expectations.
The nice thing about using Panoramic Landscapes is it is one stop shopping.   Grading, removal, drains, lighting, drains, plants and trees. Sprinklers. 
All done with one contact point. Removal of existing plants, sidewalks, grading took about 4 to 5 days including re grading.  New paver sidewalk installed along with beautiful masonary steps;  Job also included landscape lighting with a lot of care and attention to detail. Also  installed new drains throughout and even added a foundation drain as added item with reasonable cost.  Overall start to finish 4 to 5 weeks.  
Blake is a pleasure to deal with and is engaged real time with visits to the site at least once a day to check on progress;  keeps the communication lines open !!
