The job grew larger as demo began and turned into a job requiring the rebuild of exterior walls, demo of concrete slabs - basically the house had to be rebuilt from the ground up. All new plumbing, electric, framing, windows, siding, roof, etc. I have known Chris for 20+ years and was confident that our forever home would be solid and done right. We had a few hiccups throughout the process - as this was done during Covid, so there were supply issues, delays and so forth, but Chris and his guys did an amazing job. So I am out ANOTHER $300 for the hotel and still no mold remediation. I again sent e-mails asking when they would come back. Jay admitted the communication failure was his fault but still said he would not reschedule the job. This time Jay refused to do the job--instead offering to just do "cold fogging" Next, Mike Mulieri(VP of the company) entered the picture. He assured me he would resolve the problem. Instead he made it worse. He dragged it out, argued back and forth with Angi and still refused to refund money or do a re-treatment of my place.
