We explained that the condenser fan was locking up and that we had observed numerous homes in the neighborhood had systems replaced this past summer. We were interested in replacing / upgrading our system before it fails during the summer. We also explained the lack of heat and cooling at one end of the house, James thoroughly inspected the house and how the ducting was arranged. The install team ( Steve, Mike, and Herman ) were extremely professional and hardworking. They arrived at 9AM and didn?t leave till nearly 5PM. The duct work alone took all three men nearly 4 hours to complete. When the work was completed they thoroughly cleaned up any mess.  I could not be happier with the work accomplished.
