I called Mr. McNealy and he came at the time he promised and analyzed the problem...suggested that since the leather is in excellent condition that a repair would make sense. He contacted Ethan Allen in an attempt to order the part (Reclining Mechanism Assembly) but was told that I would have to go to the store to order it. He gave me the correct parts number so I was able to place the order. Once I secured the parts, he returned and replaced the broken RMA. He and his son worked carefully, efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend this company."

"Ty Falgout and the team at N-Hance did an EXECTIONAL job of repairing, finishing and staining a broken cabinet door from my kitchen. The door was heavily splintered and no longer in stock by the manufacturer.
