Jimenez of LMJ General Construction LLC contacted me and visited my home to review the gazebo. He obtained the gazebo name and model number and downloaded the assembling instructions provided online (pdf). Once he reviewed the 111 steps guide, he contacted me and provided me a fair quote for the job. In addition, he was able to install the gazebo within five days of contacting me. In conversation with Luis, I also asked what other work his company perform, and he mentioned concrete, carpentry, renovation, etc. I had recently had a concrete patio installed and Luis was able to seal the concrete for me in addition to installing the gazebo. I would highly recommend LMJ Construction LLC for your project. The team arrived timely (8:00 a.m.) on Saturday morning, March 26 (a crew of three) and did an outstanding job assembling the gazebo. "Mike arrive on time and was very professional. He started immediately with the house by applying cleaning chemical. He took his time and made sure every area was clean before moving on. He let water dry on house and then walked around house to make sure he did not miss anything. House and porches took about 2 hours. Mike then did detached garage the same way. The concrete driveway had not been pressured washed in 15 years and he made it look almost brand new.  He was polite and if we need anything extra done he did it without question. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
