"Contacted Allstar a week before installation to get an estimate. Spoke with Liz that morning. She promised to get me an estimate by 2 pm that afternoon. Chris and Liz came by house to measure and provided me an estimate as promised before 2 pm. Agreed for Allstar to do the work on Saturday and screens were made and installed by the following Wednesday. This husband/wife team were very professional, prompt, and courteous. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"It went great!  We phoned Marc Trout (936-444-5903) and he came out the same day or next and: listened to what we wanted done, looked at the windows and light fixture to be cleaned, discussed his cleaning method, told us what he would charge, and when he could do the work and how long it would take (1 to 1/2 days - it took him 1 full day and I was impressed). I rated him A in all categories except I gave him a B for punctuality because he was about 1 1/2 hours late the day he did the work and he did not call to tell us that he would be delayed.  When he did arrive, he was very apologetic but sad something unavoidable had occurred.  He then went right to work and did an excellent job for us. Marc performed the work in a very professional manner and we will not hesitate to ask him to do work for us again."
