"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

"David added a beautiful shower to our basement area (took care of everything), created a wall and custom made a beautiful door for the utilities area, made a doggy door and helped us put together a small fenced in area with pet turf in our backyard. He takes care of his customers very well and gives them itemized receipts so you know what you are spending on. Not only does he make sure things function as they should, but keeps the esthetics in mind and does a great job at whatever he does! He gives you good suggestions and finds things that are reasonably priced for your projects. Overall, his service is OUTSTANDING. "Basement stairs were coming loose from the landing. Lemar re-attached stairs to landing even more securely than they were originally and he installed new vinyl plank flooring on the landing as I requested. He also cleaned up, sanded and re-painted threshold outside of the door, as I requested. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner and the work looks very good. Will have Lemar back for more work in the future."

We have used JA Drywall twice in the last few months  at our day care center and they are the best.  They came and put walls up to make offices in a wide open space and then came back to add an access door to another room for us.  They are prompt, friendly, professional and do a great job.  They also check to make sure the job is done right and I can't say anything but good things about them. 

They  have done several jobs for me at my home as well and its nice to have the work done with no mess.  They always clean up after they are done working even if they are returning the next day to finish. I have never met more polite workers who work so quickly but efficiently.
